What was your experience like and how has the program impacted you?
The experience was good. It has helped me to be disciplined. Even when i fell off track, i knew that i should get back on track. Knowing that this is a lifestyle gives me joy, because I know I'd be healthy and fit till I grow old and gray..lol...
